We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (DPO). Please send any questions about personal data to the e-mail above.

2. What data we process

• Billing details, e-mail and payment data — to conclude and perform the subscription contract, to issue invoices and to keep accounting records. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Card numbers never reach us; they are processed only by our card payment provider.
• Telegram ID and username — to give you access to the private VIP channel and to remove access when the subscription ends. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• E-mails you send to support — to answer them. A draft reply may be prepared with the help of a language model; every reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
• Messages typed into the chat on the website — the message is sent to our server and to a language model that generates the answer. Please don't type sensitive data into the chat. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing support, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded automatically by our hosting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We don't use any data for profiling or for automated decision-making with legal effects on you. The service is not provided to persons under 18 and we don't knowingly process their data.

3. Who we share data with

We don't sell data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service:

• Stripe (card payments and subscriptions)
• SuperFaktúra (issuing and e-mailing invoices)
• Telegram (delivering tips to the VIP and free channels)
• WebSupport (website and e-mail hosting)
• Cloudflare (secure connection between the website and our server)
• Anthropic (processing chat messages and drafting support replies)
• our accountant and, where required by law, public authorities

Some of these providers also process data outside the EU (mainly in the USA). Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

4. How long we keep data

Accounting and tax documents for 10 years (Slovak Accounting Act No. 431/2002 Coll.). Subscription and channel-access data for the duration of the subscription and 1 year afterwards. Support e-mails for 2 years. Chat messages for 30 days. Hosting logs usually for 6 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Send your request to support@aibetter.tech. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

6. Cookies and local storage

We don't use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — there is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tool on the website.

• A record in your browser's local storage noting that you have already seen the information bar. Without it the bar would show on every visit.
• Cookies of our card payment provider, which are only set after you are redirected to its payment page and serve to complete the payment securely and to prevent fraud.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the scope of processing or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
