Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. You can withdraw by filling in the form below or by any clear statement sent to support@aibetter.tech.
Important — when the right of withdrawal ends
AI Better is a digital service made available immediately after payment. When ordering you expressly request that we start providing the service before the 14-day period ends and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal at that moment (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 19(1)(l) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). If you haven't used your VIP channel access yet, get in touch — we'll sort it out individually.
Cancelling the subscription is not the same as withdrawal. You can cancel the subscription at any time by e-mail; no further payment is taken and your access ends at the end of the paid period.

If you are entitled to withdraw, we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used.
