Terms of Service
Effective from 15 October 2026
The AI Better service (the “service”) provides analyses and tips on sporting events generated by software using artificial intelligence. The tips are for information only. The service is operated by 23 Group s. r. o. (details in section 11).
1. Age and eligibility
The service is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old and who have reached the legal gambling age in the country where they live, if that age is higher. By buying a subscription you confirm that you meet this condition.
2. Legality in your country
The service is offered internationally, but sports betting and betting tips are restricted or prohibited in some countries and regions. You are solely responsible for making sure that using the service and placing any bets is legal where you live and where you are. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. We may refuse or cancel a subscription if we learn that it is used in breach of local law.
3. We are not a bookmaker
We do not accept bets, hold funds for betting or act as an intermediary of any bookmaker. We do not receive commission from bookmakers. Any bet you place is your own decision with a provider of your choice.
4. No guarantee of profit
Betting is gambling and carries a risk of loss. The service does not guarantee any win or profit, and past results are no indication of future results. You alone are responsible for your bets and their outcomes. Our published record shows every settled tip, including losses.
5. Price and payment
Access to the VIP channel is provided as a recurring monthly subscription of €29, paid by card. The price shown is final — the supplier is not registered for VAT. Your bank may charge a fee for paying in a foreign currency. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time by e-mailing support@aibetter.tech and your access ends at the end of the paid period.
6. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you submit the order with the button labelled “Order with obligation to pay” and complete the payment on the secure card payment page. You receive a payment confirmation and an invoice by e-mail. We provide access to the VIP channel immediately after payment, via our Telegram bot. You need your own Telegram account.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because this is a digital service provided immediately, when ordering you expressly request that we start providing it before this period ends and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; § 19(1)(l) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). If the right still applies to you, you can withdraw here. Consumers outside the EU have the rights granted by the mandatory law of their country, if any.
8. Complaints
If the service doesn't work as it should (for example, you don't receive access to the channel), write to us at support@aibetter.tech. We accept complaints without delay and resolve them within 30 days at the latest. We are liable for defects of the digital service for the whole period it is provided. The outcome of a bet, or the fact that a tip lost, cannot be the subject of a complaint — tips are informational and come with no guarantee of profit.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or we did not reply within 30 days, consumers may turn to the alternative dispute resolution body: Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Central Inspectorate, Department of International Relations and Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia, soi.sk. A proposal can be submitted in writing or electronically.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
